Grand Hotel, Torquay
Keith's Place
a

Keith's Place is a proposal for a spectacular free form landmark structure raised above newly landscaped gardens to front the Grand Hotel overlooking Torbay.

The state of the art, glass and timber gridshell is articulated as a free standing element. It is raised on stilts above ground to create spectacular vantage point over the surrounding landscape.

The gardens below the gridshell form a delightful south sloping landscape overlooking the swimming pools.

A 150 seat panoramic restaurant is located beneath the undulating landscape. A full height glazing offers views across the Bay.

It will become a highly visible icon both for Richardson Hotels and for the town of Torquay.
