Farm Estate - Hailsham

The scheme outlined the replanning and design of 3 sites on the Town Farm Estate. The scheme aimed to clarify routes, spatial connections and integration of sites with a wider context of the estate.
The project is located in a poorly laid out estate characterised by chaotically organised public space and poorly intergrated public routes and underutilised and unprogrammed space is infilled with 1 and 2 storey courtyard houses which front 3 new tree lined streets.
