Employment Academy
PBA are currently working with Thames Reach on plans to create a new employment academy for the long-term unemployed. A flagship 'Places of Change' scheme, the Employment Academy is a multi-function, flexible academy designed to offer skills training and support services for the long-term unemployed with the intention of helping them back into employment. Principally designed to serve the local community it will house a number of social enterprises and a range of training and employment services and facilities, all geared towards helping people achieve sustainable employment.
