Fleet Street Hill
Fleet Street Hill is a new urban neighbourhood of workshops and homes laid out around three new mews streets and a tree lined square (well triangle actually). There’s a community centre facing South into the square and a tasty colonnade. Buildings are pushed to the edge of the site so that the railway lines bordering two sides of the site disappear. The project mixes for sale and affordable housing.
