The Grand Villas are a series of picturesque 'notched' terraced holiday cottages stepping down a sloped site next to the Grand Hotel in Torquay.
The terraces are notched so that each dwelling has a sunny terrace and stepped so that everyone has a spectacuar view out to sea.
